Quick caricatures

I've challenged myself today: I drew two caricatures of my colleague Charlie: the first one is from memory, the second is from a reference photo from facebook. Yep, I'm a stalker. (Sorry Charlie, did this without your prior knowledge. Suck it).

Some notes: they were done at work and on green post it notes. I didn't rough out the image with pencil first, like I should have. They were done very quickly.

Ed. note: Some of the names have been changed to protect the identity of the people involved. Charlie's actual name is Penelope. Oops, secrecy fail.
